97f0347715 Update android stuff: 
* switch to c++17
* use boost 1.72.0
* disable minify in release
* enable apk splitting (separate apk for every ABI)
* add version to output apk name

45596a0342 android - holder-based updater for certificate 
If holder exsists, check string (version) of assets creation.
If it differs from current app version or null, try delete certificates forder contents
for unpacking new certificates.
