reversed ChangeLog handling and updated it
...
Now we write changes to */src/usr/doc/ChangeLog.txt and generate
*/tools/ChangeLog-latest.txt. User visible changes since the last
release were added to the former.
Also re-added a re-re-rename that SBo keeps waffling about. ;)

Change the default checkout location to something more likely, though it

should still be customized by the user; add UID check; fix bug with
non-existent repo directories (thanks to Mauro for the even less buggy fix);
fix bug with a subshell that prevented sspm from exiting on one error - it was
meant to be a group command; convert the su block into a normal block; add a
couple more exclusions to the tar command to skip backup and tags files - and
throw a note into the ChangeLog so users don't get surprised by the repo
moving or having its ownership changed

6a186e9d8b
New repository layout implementation.
...
This patch introduces a new repos.d directory containing
all the definitions of repository branches. This way the
supported repositories can be extended without modifying
the default configuration files, which causes problems on
version updates.
Thanks to Chess Griffin for his efforts in planning this
feature and reviewing the implementation.

add slakmagik's 'sbopkg subversion package maker' (sspm) to /tools directory; this nifty script will sync with the sbopkg SVN repo, build a package from the local SVN copy, and, optionally, install the SVN package; thanks to slakmagik for the contribution
