slakmagik bb7509be9d minor manual modifications * sbopkg.conf.5: removed the reference to the -O flag in the WGETFLAGS section, which hasn't been true since 0.20.0. I caught this in sbopkg.conf almost a year ago in r817 but kept missing it here.
